Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said the country plans to start a submarine purchase program in 2023. This was reported by Reuters.
“We started the implementation of the Orka program. This year we plan to launch the procedure for the purchase of submarines with the transfer of the necessary technologies,” said Blaschak.

Earlier on Tuesday, EU High Representative Josep Borrell said several countries, including Poland, had begun teaching Ukrainian pilots how to fly the F-16.
