In addition, the Bundestag proposed to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with German Taurus cruise missiles. According to MP Roderich Kiesewetter, the transfer of such weapons will expand the strategy of supporting Ukraine.
The Taurus missile is an analogue of the British Storm Shadow. At the same time, its range is much longer – up to 500 km. According to open sources, Berlin had previously ordered 600 Taurus combat missiles for its army.
