Russian fakes are a typical information technology aimed at demoralizing the Ukrainian army, and its duration is very short, says Anna Malyar.
Russian propagandists are spreading fake news about the alleged disappearance of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhny. This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar on Telegram on Saturday, May 20.
“The Russians have launched an information wave about the alleged disappearance of our commander-in-chief Valery Fedorovich Zaluzhny. The commander-in-chief is in place. He is doing his job.
According to him, Russian fakes are a typical information technology aimed at demoralizing the Ukrainian army, and its duration is very short – from a few hours to a day, because the information is easy to verify.
“Right now, the moment of the spread is clear – the peak of tension in Bakhmut, when even a few demoralized military men from our side will make the situation easier for them. Actually, for the sake of it , there are many premature reports about the “capture” of Bakhmut,” Malyar added.
Recall that today the Ministry of Defense reported on the critical situation in Bakhmut. At the same time, Ukrainian troops are advancing around the city, trying to cover it from the sides.
