The Cabinet of Ministers changed the rules on crossing the state border, allowing certain categories of men responsible for military service to leave. It was reported on the government portal.
During martial law in Ukraine, three categories of men were allowed to travel abroad:

drivers carrying medical cargo, humanitarian aid cargo for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and population of Ukraine. Also, truck drivers with licenses are allowed to pass;

railroad workers who ensure the functioning and smooth operation of the railroad;

athletes and coaches participating in international competitions or preparing for them.
Duration of stay abroad: for drivers and athletes – 30 days, for trucks – 45 days, for railway workers – 6 months.
Recall, earlier it was reported that a petition to President Zelensky to remove the ban for men of military age to travel outside Ukraine got the required 25,000 votes. It was published on May 18 and received the required number of signatures within three days.
