President Volodymyr Zelensky almost lost his phone during a visit to Germany. On Sunday, May 14, Bild reported.
According to the publication, the president left his phone and charger in the car in which he arrived to meet with Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
After the meeting, the president hurried to the helicopter, but forgot about the phone. An officer of the Federal Criminal Police Department took Zelensky’s phone and ran to the helicopter.
Zelensky smiled and thanked the official who returned his phone and power bank.
It was previously reported that Zelensky and Scholz visited a military base where Ukrainian fighters train.
