According to preliminary data, the invaders fired at the city from the Smerch multiple launch rocket system. Damaged and destroyed multi-storey and private houses, gas stations, pharmacies and shops. This was announced by the Office of the Attorney General.
As a result of an enemy attack by the invaders, two residents, including a 15-year-old girl. Another 10 people were injured of varying severity. Among the victims were two teenagers aged 15 and 16. They were taken to the hospital for qualified medical care.
Law enforcers launched a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Recall that in the Khmelnitsky region on the night of May 13, a series of explosions was heard – the Russians attacked the region with Shahed-type kamikaze drones. As a result of the blow of the Russians, 21 people were injured.
