“We integrate our military chaplains into the international community of chaplaincy. Every year in France, the military with military chaplains gather for the International Military Pilgrimage to Lourdes. This is a major international event that brings together the military community in the spiritual and psychological support and rehabilitation of the military. This year there are 14 thousand soldiers from 38 countries. I had the honor to lead our delegation and be the first representative of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in such event for 27 years, during which Ukrainian society participates in this military journey,” the message said.
Anna Malyar writes that the Ukrainian delegation received special signs of attention from the participants of the event.
“There was a lot of attention here for our delegation. Our banner group came first. They prayed for our success. Almost everyone came to us with words of support and said “bravo Ukraine,” he said.
