The car will be retired in the not too distant future and will take up space in Michaelson’s home museum.
An inventor from Minnesota, USA, who gained recognition for his unusual method, introduced a beer-powered motorcycle. This was reported by UPI.
Specifically, a man whose previous inventions were a rocket-powered toilet and a jet-powered coffee pot created a motorcycle that, instead of a gasoline engine, had a 14-gallon barrel with a heating coil that heated of liquid at 300 degrees, which then turns into superheated steam, which turns it on.
“Gas prices are going up… I don’t drink myself. And as a non-drinker, I couldn’t think of anything better than using beer as fuel,” said Kai Mikaelson.
According to the inventor, the bike can reach speeds of up to 150 miles per hour. The man said he hopes to go to the track soon to test the possibilities of his invention. However, his son claims that the motorcycle can be adapted to work with almost any drink.
