To get help, you need:
- report damaged property in Action;
- open a specialized account in one of the participating banks of the program;
- fill out an application for help in the Action application, check it and send it for processing.

After that, the local authorities will send a commission that will inspect the damaged property, record the destruction and determine the amount of compensation.
Subsequently, the applicant will receive confirmation and funds for the Recovery card, assures the Ministry of Digital Development. They must be used within 12 months from the date of receipt.
