In Tunisia, the military shoots up the synagogue: four dead

Four people have been killed and nine others injured in a shooting near a synagogue in Tunisia. This was reported by the press service of the country’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was reported that the incident happened on the island of Djerba. The department reported that a Navy National Guard soldier killed a colleague with the help of his personal weapon. After that, after collecting ammunition, he went to the local synagogue of El Ghriba, where he started shooting at security officers.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the shooting, six employees received various injuries, one of them died soon after. In addition, two visitors to the synagogue were killed and four others were injured.

All victims were hospitalized. The synagogue building is under the cordon. Everyone who is inside the temple or near it is under protection.

It will be remembered that recently in Texas, a man shot five neighbors when they asked them to stop shooting in the yard.

Before that, in Texas, there was a shooting at a graduation party, nine teenagers were injured.
