Frosts are possible in western and northern regions overnight from Monday to Tuesday. Snow is possible in the Carpathians.

Forecaster Natalya Didenko said what the weather will be like in Ukraine at the beginning of the week.

According to his forecast, on Monday, May 8, it will be cool in Ukraine. The air temperature at night will be +2 – +7 degrees, in the south – from +4 to +10.

On Monday, the thermometers will change within +11- +14 degrees, in the Azov region, and in the west of Ukraine it will be colder – +7- +11 degrees.

Frosts are possible in western and northern regions overnight from Monday to Tuesday. Rains will pass in the western region (except Rivne and Volyn), in the southeast, in the evening and in the southern part. Snow is possible in the Carpathians.

Kyiv on Monday should be dry and cold, at night about +5 degrees, around, with clearings, frosts are possible. During the day the air temperature will rise to +10 – +12 degrees.

“No special heat is expected in Ukraine next week, +20 and more than +20 degrees – in further synoptic view,” Didenko added.

Remember that at the end of April in the Carpathians hit 11-degree frost.
