480 children became victims of the Russian invasion – Prosecutor General’s Office

    In Ukraine, as of this morning, May 7, according to official information, 480 children have already become victims of a full-scale Russian invasion, and at least 964 more children were injured of varying severity.

    This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

    These figures are not final. Work is underway to install them in places of warfare, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories, the department notes.

    Children in the following regions suffered the most:

    • Donetsk region – 455;
    • Kharkiv region – 275;
    • Kyiv region – 128;
    • Kherson region – 96;
    • Zaporozhye region – 89;
    • Mykolaiv region – 89;
    • Chernihiv region – 70;
    • Dnepropetrovsk region – 67;
    • Lugansk region – 66.
