The secret service and the Office of the Prosecutor General have collected a large-scale evidence base on 170 senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. All these intruders led to the temporary occupation of parts of the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine. In February last year, they ratified the so-called Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between Russia and ORDLO. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Also, these mercenaries of the Kremlin regime unanimously supported the appeal of dictator Vladimir Putin for use with the Russian Federation outside the country, which contributed to a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
And in October 2022, these senators ratified the “treaties on joining” the temporarily occupied regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia.
Supporters of the Putin regime have already been informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) and Part 5 of Art. 27, part 2 of Art. 437 (planning, preparation, initiation and conduct of aggressive war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Attackers face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Recall that in April, the SBU exposed six more collaborators involved in organizing illegal referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Luhansk regions.
