On Thursday, May 4, rocket and artillery units hit one command post, eight manpower concentration areas, two ammunition trains, and one electronic station. And the helicopters and planes of the Air Force delivered six strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel. In addition, yesterday the defenders destroyed four Lancet loitering ammunition. This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for May 5.
The command noted that the enemy concentrated the main offensive operations in the Limansky, Bakhmutsky and Maryinsky directions, where units of the defense forces repelled about 60 attacks during the day.
The fiercest battles are being fought for Bakhmut and Maryinka, and in the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the occupiers are forced to defend themselves.
Recall that British intelligence reported that the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian oil depots are likely to force the Russian Federation to change the fuel supply system in order to mitigate the consequences of such attacks.
