Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky took first place in the ranking of the most influential people according to Time, and the text of an article about the Ukrainian leader published on Monday, May 23, was written by his American colleague and Joe Biden.
He noted that when Russian President Vladimir Putin unleashed a war, Ukraine needed a leader.
“The people of Ukraine have a leader who deserves their courage and resilience as citizens – salesmen and soldiers, tailors and truck drivers – are fighting for their homes and their freedom,” Biden wrote.
