Glue manufacturer Moment and Persil announced the completion of the sale of assets in Russia.
The German concern Henkel, a manufacturer of household chemicals, has completed the sale of its assets in Russia, the company said in a statement, Kommersant writes.
Earlier it was reported that the transaction amount is estimated at 54 billion rubles, and the consortium of Russian investors will become the buyer.
Henkel owns such brands as glue Moment, Persil, Schwarzkopf, Pemolux.
Henkel announced its withdrawal from Russia in April last year. The concern condemned Russia’s war against Ukraine and violence against civilians.
Vodka manufacturer Absolut stopped deliveries to Russia on the seventh day after returning.
