The peaceful houses of one of the private sectors of the regional center are under the focus of enemy bullets.
On the night of May 3, the Russian army launched two strikes on civilian infrastructure in Zaporozhye. This was announced by the head of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration, Yuriy Malashko.
“Specialists immediately began to remove the consequences and provide all the necessary assistance to the victims,” he said.
The secretary of the Zaporozhye City Council Anatoly Kurtev specified that the peaceful houses of one of the private sectors of the city were targeted by enemy missiles.
“As a result of the attack, one house was completely destroyed, two were seriously damaged, and about 40 windows were broken and the roofs were damaged,” he added.
In just 24 hours, Russian troops shelled civilian settlements in the Zaporozhye region 82 times: they carried out two missile strikes, three air strikes, four UAV attacks and 69 artillery strikes.
Front-line Novoyakovlovka, Orekhov, Gulyaipole and 13 other villages survived several hours of attack, many destructions were recorded.
Recall that on Wednesday the Russian army launched 26 Shahed-136/131 attack drones in Ukraine, of which 21 were destroyed by Ukrainian defenders.
In Kyiv, the air defense shot down all enemy air targets, in the Dnieper, a UAV damaged the administrative building.
