Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, along with his Belarusian henchman Alexander Lukashenko, were among the leaders of rogue states who were not invited to the coronation ceremony of Great Britain’s King Charles III. This was reported by Reuters on Tuesday, May 2, citing a source.
It is known that the leaders of Iran, Myanmar, Syria, Afghanistan and Venezuela were also not invited to the coronation.
According to the Reuters interlocutor, the heads of state with which the UK has full diplomatic relations, as well as representatives of the states of the Commonwealth of Nations and overseas territories of Britain, were invited to the coronation. Also, invitations were received by senior diplomats of the DPRK and Nicaragua.
King Charles III’s official coronation ceremony will take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. The service will start at 11:00 UK time (13:00 Kyiv time) and will last approximately three hours.
Remember, on the eve of China for the first time voted for the UN resolution, in which the Russian Federation is called the aggressor. The document was adopted with 122 votes in favor. Five countries voted against – Russia, Belarus, Nicaragua, Syria and North Korea.
