Yesterday, citizens became eyewitnesses of the incident, as a metal structure collapsed from a truck into the Dnieper. We were not at a loss, we managed to remove it and also remember the number of the car. The driver immediately fled the scene, the report said. – Patrol officers quickly found a 37-year-old intruder. The man explained that the cause of the accident was an unreliably fastened load that overturned while driving.
It is noted that protocols were drawn up for the driver on:
- Art. 122-4 (leaving the scene of a traffic accident) KUoAP .;
- Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules resulting in damage to vehicles, cargo, roads, streets, railway crossings, road structures or other property) CUAO.
The police also called investigators.
