This was announced today, April 29, in the evening building of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, the main factors that influence this are:
- heavy losses in enemy manpower;
- untimely provision of occupiers with ammunition;
- lack of sufficient personal protective equipment;
- forcing military personnel from the Russian Federation to conduct assault operations without the support of heavy equipment and artillery.
Recall that earlier a group of Russian military filmed a video in which they complained about the use of barrage detachments by the occupiers.
