The search and rescue operation in Uman has ended. According to the latest data, as a result of rocket attacks, 23 people were killed, including five children. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Saturday, April 29.

All those who died were identified using DNA tests. A special headquarters worked at the scene of the incident, where direct relatives of the victims could submit biological samples for DNA comparison.
Two other women are listed as missing. Nine people were also injured as a result of the missile attack. Medics, accompanied by police, provided immediate hospitalization to the victims.
Rescuers, police and volunteers were able to save 17 people from the rubble. Heavy equipment and special equipment are involved in the rescue work.
