Approximately 155,000 civil servants Canadians On Wednesday, an indefinite strike began to protest against the lack of agreement with Government to increase their wages.
The strike began after the union of the Union of Public Employees of Canada (PSAC) and Government Canadian failed to reach an agreement before midnight on Tuesday.
Requirements for a strike
One of the main demands of the workers is a wage increase of 13.5% over the next three years. He Government proposed a 9% increase during this period.
