Bakhmut remains one of the hottest places on the front, which the Russian invaders attacked with all their might.
In Bakhmut, Donetsk region, where active fighting continues, there are still children, whose evacuation becomes more than a difficult task. This was announced on Wednesday, April 19, by the Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchuk, on the air of the telethon.
“There are still children in Bakhmut, but it is getting harder and harder to get to them. You know what the enemy is doing. So we are doing everything to have as few children as possible in the villages near Bakhmut and as few as possible in the zone of active combat women, the elderly, those who cannot help themselves,” explained Vereshchuk.
At the same time, Vereshchuk did not name the exact number of minors in Bakhmut, but stressed that forced evacuation from 21 settlements in Donbass, located near the line of conflict, is taking place.
Recall that Russia is holding at least 6,000 Ukrainian children in camps where they are being “politically re-educated.”
Earlier it was also reported that in Russia the number of those wishing to “adopt” Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is allegedly growing.
Russia is trying to deliberately “Russify” the children kidnapped in Ukraine. Russian war criminals are hammering propagandistic shampoos about “artificial nations” and “Nazis” into their heads.
