The defender of Ukraine, who was returned from Russian captivity on April 16 during a large-scale exchange, made the first phone call to his beloved. Warriors admitted that he dreamed about it for five months.
The video recording of the conversation was published by the head of the Central Representation of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, Yulia Pryimak.
On it, a man informs the girl via video link that he is already at home. Wiping her tears, the girl in response says that she is very glad to see him.
Hello. How are you there? How are you doing? I’m already at home … How glad I am to see you! I dreamed about it all five months,” says the Ukrainian military man.
He also received an envelope containing a note from the girl and a photo of them together.
Recall, on April 16, Ukraine returned home 130 soldiers as part of the Easter exchange of prisoners of war.
