According to media reports, Volodymyr Artyukh is a lieutenant general, adviser to the head of the military administration of the Vinnitsa region. He served 37 years in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, holding command and staff positions from platoon commander to deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Artem Lysogor served as deputy head of the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Zhytomyr Region. From October 2021 to June 2022, he will be seconded to the east of Ukraine to fulfill the duties of Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces for the deployment of forces and means of National Police units.
Earlier, Zelensky appointed three GVA leaders in the Luhansk region.
