The man, on his way to his beloved, did not immediately overcome the engineering obstacle at the border, fell into a ravine and fell asleep.
In the Odessa region, border guards of the Starokazache department detained a 35-year-old citizen of Moldova who illegally crossed the border into Ukraine. This was reported by the State Border Service.
It was noted that the drunken offender went to his beloved, who lived in one of the settlements of the Odessa region.
The man did not immediately overcome the engineering obstacle at the border, fell into a ravine and fell asleep.
After waking up, he tried to continue his journey, but was stopped by Ukrainian border guards, who took the intruder to the unit.
The detainee was brought under administrative responsibility.
It turns out this isn’t the first time the man has crossed the line. For the initial offenses, he was banned from entering Ukraine for five years.
The temporary restriction is supposed to end in March 2024. This time, a decision was made to a citizen of Moldova to ban entry to Ukraine for 10 years, the report said.

Remember that a foreigner received a large fine for bringing illegal immigrants to Ukraine.
Earlier, Turkish citizens and Ukrainian draft dodgers were detained near the Slovakian border.
