On Thursday evening, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Slovyansk in the Donetsk region. This was announced on April 13 by the head of the city’s military-civilian administration, Vadim Lyakh.

He pointed out that the enemy fired two S-300 missiles at the settlement.

“One of them hit school No. 8. Nearby multi-storey buildings were also damaged. Windows, doors, balconies were damaged. The second hit was near the city’s water canal. Private houses were damaged,” the head of the CAA noted.

Lyakh stressed that in both cases no one was killed.

According to the head of the Donetsk OVA, Pavel Kirilenko, the Russians destroyed a school, four high-rise buildings and three private houses in Slovyansk.

It was previously reported that the number of victims of the Slovyansk shelling, which took place on March 27, has increased to four people.
