Spain plans to send six Leopard 2A4 heavy tanks to Ukraine in the coming days.

Tanks will be delivered by sea. This armored vehicle is expected to arrive in Ukraine before the end of April. Also, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive 20 armored personnel carriers from the Danes. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Spain Margarita Robles, according to El Pais.
In the coming days, six Leopard 2A4s will go to Ukraine, she said.
Also, according to Robles, four more Leopards are being repaired. The Spanish authorities will make efforts to ensure that this equipment in good condition ends up in Ukraine as soon as possible.
Recall, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that NATO countries plan to send two battalions with German Leopard-2 battle tanks and four battalions of Leopard-1 to Ukraine. Thus, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive a total of 160 pieces of equipment.
