According to the information provided by the Situation Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, over the past day, Russian troops shelled the territory of nine regions of Ukraine.
In total, 134 settlements were shelled from different types of weapons (small arms, mortars, tanks, artillery, MLRS, S-300 air defense systems, UAVs, tactical aircraft), and 38 infrastructure facilities were confirmed hit.
The situation in the regions as of the morning of April 12 is as follows:
Mykolaiv region
At night, the enemy inflicted artillery shelling on the city of Ochakov. Houses, cars, Internet networks, gas and electricity supply were destroyed and damaged. There were no casualties.
Kherson region
Over the past day, the enemy made 35 attacks from heavy artillery and aviation.
The enemy fired on the city of Kherson five times.
The Russian military got into residential areas, a church, a power line, a port area in the city of Kherson, and enterprises in the region. One person died.
Zaporozhye
During the day, Kamyshevakha, Kamenskoye, Malaya Tokmachka, Zheleznodorozhnoye, Malinovka and 12 other settlements were under attack. Two air strikes, one UAV attack, two MLRS strikes and 36 artillery shellings were inflicted by the enemy. No casualties.
Donetsk region
On April 11, it became known about the dead Donbas – in Vugledar.
In addition, eight people in the area were injured.
