“Of course, the potential threat still exists. But it should be remembered that in Poland there are more than 10,000 soldiers of the largest army in the world – the most powerful, the best and with the most modern weapons. These soldiers have experience in fighting .We also have American infrastructure, heavy weapons, air defense, thanks to which part of Polish territory is already protected by American Patriot systems, ”Duda said.
He recalled that in the event of an attack by the Russian Federation on one of the Alliance countries, NATO’s reaction would be swift and decisive.
“The possibility that anyone, including Russia, will decide to attack a NATO country, which threatens conflict across the Alliance and meet with the strongest army in the world, and if we talk about an attack in Poland, then our army, which is ready to defend the country, – this risk is very small, “said Duda.
It was previously learned that Poland will help Ukraine strengthen its defense capabilities – a corresponding memorandum was signed between the countries.
