The Russian on camera decided to demonstrate all the “ease” in using the Swedish AT-4 grenade launcher. He decided to shoot from it in the same way as the invaders do with RSHG-2 and RPG-26 grenade launchers. This was announced on April 9 by the UNIAN Telegram channel.
The propagandist took the grenade launcher on his right shoulder and fired. As a consequence, he was nearly killed by the recoil and knocked down. The unfortunate correspondent himself cursed for a long time and tried to justify himself by saying that NATO weapons are very bad.
The United States of America supplied Ukraine with 6,000 AT-4 grenade launchers, and Sweden provided another 15,000 units of these weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Experts say that this grenade launcher is highly effective compared to the RPG-7 grenade launcher. If you need to fire several shots from an RPG-7 to destroy a tank, then one shot from an AT-4 is enough.
Recall that in May 2022, the fighters of the Territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the “invincible” Russian tank T-90M. Armored vehicles were first put out of action from a conventional RPG-7, as a result of the explosion, the tank’s turret jammed. And the fighter finished off the “Breakthrough” from the “Karl Gustaff” grenade launcher. After hitting the armored vehicle, the ammunition detonated.
