The authors of the memo said what should be in the “alarm suitcase”: from documents and contacts of relatives to matches and underwear.
In the border villages of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, leaflets were hung out “on the procedure for the population to act during the evacuation,” Baza reports.
The memo says that upon receiving an evacuation signal, Russians should “inform their relatives, take a suitcase alarm, and leave for a safe place.”

It also states that residents who decide to hide elsewhere must notify the head of their residence.
At the same time, the authors of the memo said what should be in the “alarm suitcase”: from documents and contacts of relatives to matches and underwear.
Recall that on March 31, nine powerful explosions thundered across the sky in the center of the Russian Belgorod at once.
