The fifth rescue mission is now ending, and 31 children will arrive in Kyiv in a few hours
Another 31 children were returned to Ukraine, illegally brought by the Russian Federation to its territory. They will soon reach Kyiv. This was reported by the executive director of BO Save Ukraine Mykola Kuleba.
He said the trials that families go through to get their children back are increasing.
The repression intensified especially after the ISS issued an arrest warrant for dictator Vladimir Putin and the so-called commissioner for children’s rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova.
“They realize that every returning child is an unconditional proof of their crimes,” Kuleba said.
It was previously reported that at least 2,500 Ukrainians who were in prisons in the occupied territories were brought to Russia. The Russians are trying to mobilize exiled prisoners to participate in hostilities on Ukrainian territory.
Nearly 50 states have condemned Russia for illegally deporting Ukrainian children
