The head of state held a meeting with law enforcement officials on the security situation in Ukraine.
On Thursday, April 6, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, as well as a meeting on the work of law enforcement agencies. The head of state announced this in an evening speech.
“The day of internal meetings and preparations for events scheduled for the coming weeks. I held a meeting with Prime Minister Shmygal about current issues. Coordination of government measures, decisions. A meeting on the security situation, the work of law enforcement agencies,” Zelensky said.
According to the president, “our international agenda is the preparation of meetings, negotiations and appeals.”
“As always, I was in touch with the military. Everything related to the hottest spots of the front line,” the president said.
The head of state noted that the defense and protection of the people, as well as maintaining the stability of the Ukrainian soldiers is the number one in all negotiations and meetings.
“This is defense – weapons for Ukraine, ammunition for Ukraine, new defense systems for Ukraine,” Zelensky stressed.
Recall, on March 28, Zelensky held a coordination meeting in Sumy with the heads of armed formations and law enforcement agencies.
