More than 4,000 residential buildings in 46 of 69 communities were destroyed due to fighting in the Kyiv region, Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.
Most of the destruction was in the communities of Buchanskaya, Irpinskaya, Gostomelskaya, Borodyanskaya, Makarovskaya, Velykodimerskaya and Peskovskaya.
Tymoshenko spoke in detail about the situation in the community of Makarov.
“So, in the village of Andreevka, the invaders built a school headquarters and destroyed a kindergarten. 74 residential buildings were destroyed here, 274 more are in need of repair, and 43 families are in need of “Roof repairs have already started on 50 private houses. and electricity, partly with communication and Internet,” he said.
In the village of Motyzhin, 15 houses were destroyed, 40 more were damaged and needed to be repaired.
In addition, the Motyzhinsky Lyceum, which has been in operation for more than 50 years, suffered from an enemy shell.
Tymoshenko also noted that for the restoration of residential buildings in the village of Moshchun, a roadmap for work on the master plan of the settlement has been defined, documents are being prepared for publication and public discussion. Here, work continues on the restoration of electricity and the Internet.
“A week ago, local residents requested the return of transport links to Kyiv – the buses are already on the route,” the deputy head of the OP added.
In some territories liberated from Ukrainian occupiers, gas and electricity supplies were almost completely restored.
