Oksana Marchenko, the wife of Viktor Medvedchuk, a traitor to Vladimir Putin’s godfather, illegally took possession of land in the Lviv region.
These two land plots are located in one of the prestigious tourist areas of the Lviv region. There, Medvedchuk’s wife organized the illegal construction of a hotel complex. This land is the wife of an oligarch because of illegal transactions. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Investigators found that the former head of the district department of land resources was involved in this scheme, who during 2004-2010 entered inaccurate information in the reporting documentation in favor of Medvedchuk’s wife. The ex-official has already announced suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The court arrested two land plots, which Marchenko illegally took possession of. The total amount of seized property is about UAH 17.5 million.
The intelligence service recalled that in August 2022, law enforcement officers initiated the arrest of three sites in the Lviv region illegally obtained by Marchenko.
Recall that in March, the SBU announced the arrest of another assets of Oksana Marchenko, suspected of financing Russian occupational groups. The court decision concerned 6.8% of the shares of PJSC “Electrometallurgical Plant “Dneprospetsstal” named after. A.M. Kuzmina in Zaporozhye, which Marchenko owns through three offshore companies. The total value of the seized assets amounted to over UAH 440 million.
