In one of the training areas in Russia, the training of Belarusian personnel began, allegedly to protect the so-called “Union State”.
The aggressor country Russia gave Belarus the Iskander-M OTRK, which can be used to use nuclear weapons. This is what Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in a conference call on Tuesday, April 4.
“In addition, the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system was handed over to the Belarusian Armed Forces. It can use both conventional and nuclear missiles,” Shoigu said.
According to him, from April 3, in one of the training grounds in Russia, the training of Belarusian crews on how to use the OTRK, which is said to protect the so-called “Union State”, began.
The Russian Defense Minister also said that some of the Belarusian ground attack aircraft “have acquired the ability to attack enemy targets with nuclear-armed weapons.”
Remember, on March 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow agreed with Minsk on the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus.
The head of the ruling regime in Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, said that with the growing threat to the country, strategic nuclear weapons can be introduced and the infrastructure for this is ready.
