Ukrainian paratroopers destroyed the occupants’ unit in one of the directions.
Servicemen of the 71st Separate Jaeger Brigade of the Air Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated the invaders in their trenches and subsequently occupied these combat positions. This was announced on April 2 by the command of the DShU of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to one of the Ukrainian paratroopers with the call sign Krasin, they met with the enemy “eye to eye” immediately after the trenches popped up. The distance between them was about three meters. The soldiers of the defense forces worked at lightning speed, the hostile artillery did not even have time to react.
We were moving at such a speed that their artillery had no time to aim. We advance, they work from behind. So we cleared all the trenches and took up positions, the paratrooper noted.
Recall, on March 30, the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed a video from Bakhmut, Donetsk region, where one of the most intense battles at the front has been going on for about nine months.
