Metsola assured that the European Parliament will support Ukraine “as long as necessary.”

All those involved in the war crimes of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine will be held accountable. This was announced on Friday, March 31, by the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metzolla, reports Ukrinform.

He recalled that a year ago, on March 31, 2022, the city of Bucha in the Kyiv region was taken out of occupation, and what the world saw shocked many.

“Mass graves, murders, destroyed houses and destroyed lives. The European Parliament has always been for peace – for real peace, for a world where there will be freedom and justice,” he said.

Metsolla said that all those responsible for the atrocities in Bucha, Irpin, Borodianka and other cities will be brought to justice.
