Alyaksandr Lukashenka rejected allegations that he was pursuing a non-independent policy and was “lying under Putin.”
Europe can only survive by uniting with Russia. This is what the formal leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, said in his speech with a message to the people and parliament of Belarus on Friday, March 31.
“Europe can only save us, first of all, from Russia. If Europe unites with Russia, it will be a pole that no one can withstand. I would even say: neither China, which is friendly to us, or even the United States. the high ones are there. The competition is the highest, the markets are defined,” he said.
According to Lukashenka, “the complete destruction of Europe” is now underway, and he accused the United States of using the war in Ukraine “to keep Europe in a stall.”
Lukashenka also rejected allegations that he is pursuing a dependent policy, depending on the position of the Russian leadership.
“I’m getting signals, here you are under Putin. No one went under anyone. We have someone to go under. We are not yet yet … They forgot that the first to impose sanctions against Belarus, which banned flights? Who did you ask to run ahead of the machine? Now you are asking me for some kind of loyalty, asking me to start fighting against Putin, against Russia. You mean people. You don’t understand our mentality, those in power in Ukraine, therefore the Ukrainian people suffer and it is difficult for us,” said Lukashenka.
Recall that today Lukashenka announced the danger of a counter-offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He offered to stop the conflict in Ukraine “on both sides” and not have the right to transfer military equipment.
