The name of the Russian colonel who ordered the bombing of the drama theatre, maternity hospital and children’s hospital in Mariupol has been established by the InformNapalm intelligence community.
The war criminal turned out to be Sergei Valeryevich Atroshchenko, commander of military unit 75387, 960 of the assault aviation regiment of Russia, stationed at the airfield near Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Territory, on the coast of the Sea of Azov.
Atroshchenko was born in Ovruch, Zhytomyr region, and now rents an apartment in Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
InformNapalm stated that they had transferred the data of Atroshchenko and his subordinates to the appropriate structures for issuing a warrant from the International Criminal Court.
The investigative community thanked the Ukrainian Cyber Resistance team, which provided the InformNapalm international intelligence community with dumps of emails and other private correspondence of Russian war criminal Colonel Sergei Atroshchenko.
