Train derails in rural North Dakota due to chemical spill

Canadian Pacific spokesman Andy Cummings said 31 of the 70 cars on the train derailed around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, and some of the cars were leaking liquid asphalt. \n\nBut there are no waterways near where the derailment occurred.
