Oksana Datiy is asking to cancel her dismissal, resume her civil service and pay compensation.
Oksana Datiy, acting head of the Kyiv tax service, was fired from her job following public allegations of corruption by the State Bureau of Investigation. He is appealing the dismissal in court, according to the registry of court decisions.
The court decision states that on February 6, the State Tax Service issued an order to dismiss Datii. On February 9, it was announced.
On March 9, the officer filed a lawsuit. Datius is asking to cancel the dismissal, resume it in civil service and pay compensation for earnings for “enforced absence.”
On March 13, the court dismissed Datius’ claim as moot due to the fact that he drew it incorrectly. The woman was given 10 days to correct the mistakes. Whether Datius corrected his claim is not stated.
It will be remembered that on February 1, the State Investigation Bureau announced that they exposed the head of Kyiv’s tax service to multimillion-dollar transactions. Most of all, law enforcement officials were surprised by the list of the officer’s desires, among which: earn a million dollars, a sable coat and a Breguet watch.
