In the Black Sea, a Russian submarine missile launcher with four Kalibr missiles on board is on combat duty.
The head of the press center of the Security and Defense Forces OK “South” Natalia Gumenyuk said this on the air of the national telethon, the agency “Ukrinform” reports.
Gumenyuk notes that worsening weather conditions are forcing the enemy ship grouping to reformat and enter base points.
If yesterday there were two submarine rocket carriers on combat duty, by the evening there was only one. And this indicates that four Kalibr-type missiles are ready for use. But let me remind you that the appearance on combat duty is an interval of two to three hours,” she noted.
Gumenyuk stressed that it is more difficult for air defense forces to detect a missile launch from a submarine, so air raid signals should be responded to especially quickly.
