“As a result of today’s earthquake in Khoi, 165 people were injured in the cities of Khoi and Selmas,” said the head of West Azerbaijan province.
According to the Mehr news agency, 68 victims were taken to hospitals.

According to the mayor of Khoi, Zabihullo Kazemi, six Red Crescent teams were sent to the area to assess the damage.
