March 31 will mark the day of the liberation of Bucha, Irpen and Gostomel. As part of the “Hero Cities” series, Ukrposhta will issue a stamp “We will not forget! We will not forgive! Bucha. Irpen. Gostomel”, as well as postcards and envelopes of the series.
Director General of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyansky announced the release of new stamps.
“There are cool stamps, there are light ones, and there are heavy ones. Those are very difficult for you, because behind them there is a pain and a story that is difficult to convey in a small work. In a week, on March 31, we will all celebrate the day of the liberation of Bucha, Irpin, Gostomel. A day of heroism and pain, a day of anger and revenge,” said Smilyansky.
It is reported that this time not one brand was produced, but a whole block.
“Today, Ukrposhta, as part of the Hero Cities series, will release the stamp “Let’s not forget! We will not forgive! Bucha. Irpin. Gostomel”, as well as postcards and envelopes of the series. In this block, we issue stamps dedicated to all three hero cities of the Kyiv region: there is the destroyed Mriya, and people under bridge in Irpin, and burned the enemy’s equipment in the streets of Bucha,” said the leader of Ukrposhta.
Remember that the last brand of 2022 is Shchedryk. Carol of the Bells.
