Units of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of Ukraine destroyed the Russian anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) “Strela-10” and PTS – a medium floating transporter.
In the southern direction – near Kherson – during aerial reconnaissance of the area, SOF soldiers discovered camouflaged positions of occupiers’ equipment.
With the use of drones “with drops” and thanks to the skillful actions of our soldiers, the enemy equipment was destroyed.
The command of the MTR showed a spectacular video of the discharges. In particular, three charges hit the occupants’ watercraft.
An anti-aircraft missile system designed to destroy targets at low altitudes (up to 3.5 kilometers) was destroyed. He usually hunts down our kamikaze drones, drones, and can also shoot down planes and helicopters. The enemy hides such equipment with sufficient quality. Our fighters did a colossal job: to find, fly up unnoticed, calculate the time, change the units that ensure the operation of the air defense system. The target was destroyed at night, the consequences were recorded by aerial reconnaissance during the day, ”said Oleksandr Kondratenko, a representative of the KSSO, in a commentary to Ukrainska Pravda.
