Russia continues to use weapons banned by international conventions, including cluster and phosphorus weapons. This was proved by another interception of the Security Service of Ukraine in a telephone conversation between the occupier and his colleague. In it, the attacker confirmed that they were shooting the territory of our state with inhumane types of weapons.
Phosphorus and cluster weapons are especially dangerous and inhumane types of weapons prohibited by international conventions. As a result, Russia is grossly violating the laws and customs of war, using them in an attempt to destroy as many peaceful Ukrainians as possible.

Ukraine’s Security Service noted that it has repeatedly recorded the use of illicit weapons by Russian occupiers since 2014 – in the area of the ATO and JFO. From the beginning of the mass aggression, these war crimes were committed by occupiers across the front line. The SBU ensures that it will document each of these cases.
In particular, the interception of the conversations of the occupiers and the data collected will be included in the materials of the international courts so that every Russian war criminal does not escape punishment.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian army dropped incandescent bombs on Azovstal. The enemy is attacking Ukrainian defenders from heaven, sea and land, and yesterday, for the first time, incendiary or phosphorus bombs were used against them.
