Andriy Yusov, spokesman for Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate, noted that discussions are underway in expert circles on whether Putin is still alive.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense has no evidence that it was the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, who arrived in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. This was said by the representative of GUR, Andrey Yusov, on the air of the news telethon on Monday, March 20.
“We have no evidence that this person is Vladimir Putin. A person who looks like Putin was actually recorded in these frames. Now there are discussions in various expert circles whether Putin himself is really alive, ” he says.
The GUR representative emphasized that if the real Putin was alive, then he would usually be seen at a long table, at a great distance from living people.
“He has a trembling hand. And many other characteristic signs, besides which there are no walks at night Mariupol, communication with residents in the yards. It is well directed,” Yusov believes.
According to him, now it doesn’t matter if the real Putin is alive or not, because the Russian Federation has a “collective Putin.”
He noted that if the real Putin exists, then he no longer exists against the backdrop of the decision of the ISS to issue a warrant for the arrest of the dictator of the Russian Federation and other events.
