Minister of Defense of Ukraine announced the creation of a department of international law in the ministry, which will help investigate the war crimes of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

“We are creating a department of international law in the Ministry of Defense. It will contribute to the investigation of Russian war crimes, the implementation of international humanitarian law, EU rules and NATO standards. Compliance in international law is what characterizes a democratic state a legal nihilist,” Reznikov insisted.

It will be recalled that the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague issued international warrants for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin explained the procedure for further actions after the leader of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, received the status of a suspect in the illegal deportation and transfer of Ukrainian children. According to him, now it is planned to take steps to find and detain the suspect.
